FAQ
If you cancel your vacation rental reservation before 30 days of your arrival, you will forfeit a $25 cancelation fee and the cost of the vacation guarantee. The remainder of your deposit will be refunded to the card used to make payment. This can take up to 10 business days to show on your side but will be done the same day of your cancellation from Smoky Mountain Escapes. If you cancel 30 days or less of your arrival date, there will be no refunds, a credit voucher made possible by the purchase of our Vacation Guarantee will be issued and emailed to the guest on file.
Yes, we have elevators.
A one bedroom receives one parking pass. A two and three bedroom receives two parking passes. A four bedroom receives three parking spaces.
We love animals, but no, we are not pet friendly. We recommend all of our guests with pets to visit The Wag Social, for information on the top pet boarding, day camp, and grooming facility.
